Bhyagutedhungo

Bhyagutedhungo is a pleasant hill on the way from Chainpur to Siddhakali

There is a pleasant hill on the way from Chainpur to Siddhakali and from here one can observe a very wide view to the north and south. On this hill there is a frog-shaped rock. According to the myth, there lived a frog in the snow. He heard that there lived a beautiful frog in Madi. He had a strong desire to live with that frog, so he sent a message expressing his desire. In response, the frog sent a message, I am also ready to live with you, but my parents have set a condition that the boy who comes to ask for me must walk from his place after sunset and arrive at my place before the rooster crows the next morning. Wherever you reach, you have to stay like a stone. If you have that courage you can come and ask me. Enchanted by the beauty of the frog, the frog, without thinking about anything else, left the snow river as the sun set to go to Madi. Jumping up and down, jumping up and down and crawling uphill, sitting and sweating, jumping and jumping, the frog reached the hill of Zenten Dangi village, but at that moment, the rooster crowed. As a result, he turned into a stone at that place and is still sitting on the hill, looking towards Madi.
