Itinerary
Day 1-2: Fly from Kathmandu to Tumlingtar and drive to Chichila. Start trek to Num.
Day 3: Trek from Num to Seduwa – cross Arun River and hike uphill.
Day 4: Trek from Seduwa to Tashigaon – pass forests and small villages.
Day 5: Trek to Khongma Danda – steep climb with beautiful views.
Day 6: Rest day at Khongma for acclimatization.
Day 7: Cross high passes (Shipton La, Keke La) and reach Dobato.
Day 8: Trek to Yangle Kharka – enjoy forests and rivers.
Day 9: Trek to Langmale Kharka – get closer to high alpine landscape.
Day 10: Trek to Makalu Base Camp (4870m).
Day 11: Rest day at Makalu Base Camp – explore and relax.
Day 12-14: Return the same way back to Yangle and Dobato.
Day 15-17: Trek back to Khongma, Tashigaon, and Seduwa.
Day 18: Trek to Num and drive to Tumlingtar.
Day 19: Fly back to Kathmandu.
